This is the kit we use to build our 36″ octagon Custom Stone Fire Pit.

It measures 27″ across from flat edge to flat edge and can be custom sized from 12″ to 24″ in height. Comes complete with everything you need to build your fire pit except the cement board and finish materials.

Includes:

Custom Powder-coated Steel frame made from 2″ steel tubing.
18″ Powder Coated Flat Burner Pan
12″ Stainless Steel Burner Ring
Manual 1/4 Turn Valve for a match-lit system
(2) 24″ High Capacity Flex Lines

These kits make it easy for you to create a true custom gas fire pit. Skin the frame with a cement board and then add your choice of finish materials over the cement board. The fire pit frame takes the guesswork out of how to support your burner ring and fill material (lava rock, glass, outdoor logs…).

To determine the actual finished fire pit size:

For Width Add: 1/2″ per side for cement board, 2″ per side for stone veneer, 2″ per side for top material overhang. (ie: 27″+1″+4″+4″=36″)
For Height Add: 1/2″ for cement board, ?” for the thickness of top material. (ie: 16″ frame height + 1/2″cement board + 2″ stone top = 18 1/2″)

These dimensions are approximate and will vary dependent on the actual material thicknesses you use.

This is a match-lit fire pit kit. The burner is ignited manually using a lighter or match while opening the key valve. Flame height is adjusted using the valve, and the system is shut off by closing the gas supply.

This kit is designed for custom-built fire pits with a 33″ interior opening. It works well in masonry, stone, concrete, or metal enclosures where proper ventilation and clearance are provided.

What fire media can be used with this kit?

The burner is compatible with common fire pit media such as lava rock or fire glass. Media should be installed according to recommended depth guidelines so the burner ports remain unobstructed.
