This is the kit we use to build our 42″ octagon Custom Stone Fire Pit.

It measures 33″ across from flat edge to flat edge and can be custom sized from 12″ to 24″ in height. Comes complete with everything you need to build your fire pit except the cement board and finish materials.

Includes:

Custom Powder-coated Steel frame
18″ Powder Coated Flat Burner Pan
18″ Stainless Steel Penta Burner Ring
Manual 1/4 Turn Valve for a match-lit system
(2) 24″ High Capacity Flex Lines

To determine the actual finished fire pit size:

For Width Add: 1/2″ per side for cement board, 2″ per side for stone veneer, 2″ per side for top material overhang. (ie: 27″+1″+4″+4″=36″)
For Height Add: 1/2″ for cement board, ?” for the thickness of top material. (ie: 16″ frame height + 1/2″cement board + 2″ stone top = 18 1/2″)

These dimensions are approximate and will vary dependent on Phoenix Copper Fire Pit with H-Burner on and the actual material thicknesses you use.

What type of ignition system does this fire pit kit use?

This is a match-lit fire pit kit. The burner is ignited manually using a lighter or match while opening the key valve. Flame height is adjusted using the valve, and the system is shut off by closing the gas supply.

What type of fire pit enclosure works best with this kit?

This kit is designed for custom-built fire pits with a 33″ interior opening. It works well in masonry, stone, concrete, or metal enclosures where proper ventilation and clearance are provided.

What fire media can be used with this kit?

The burner is compatible with common fire pit media such as lava rock or fire glass. Media should be installed according to recommended depth guidelines so the burner ports remain unobstructed.
