Custom Flat Stainless Steel Burner Pan With Installation Collar

Makes supporting your burner and burner fill (lava rock, fire glass) over the burner easy. Mount the installation collar at the desired depth inside the opening your fire pit and the collar will then support the burner pan.

The burner pan with collar combination is especially helpful when your capstone protrudes to the inside of the opening making it hard to slide a standard burner pan into the opening.

First, choose your installation collar size that fits your gas fire pit.
Then choose the size of the burner pan, which will be smaller.

Permanently attach the installation collar 3-8 inches below the top of your gas fire pit. The installation collar has tabs that support your removable burner pan.

The removable burner pan allows access to the inside of the fire pit for easy installation of gas fittings.

Made from 14 gauge 304 stainless steel.
With a 1/2″ stainless steel nipple welded in the center of the burner pan.

What burners can I use with this pan?

This pan is compatible with most stainless steel rings, burners, and linear burners as long as the sizing matches your selected pan width. Always ensure proper gas inlet alignment when choosing your burner.

Can I use fire glass or lava rock with this burner pan?

Yes. The flat stainless steel surface supports all standard fire media including fire glass, lava rock, and decorative stones. Make sure the media depth follows the burner manufacturer’s recommendations.

What material is the pan made from?

The pan is constructed from 304 stainless steel which is known for excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and outdoor durability. This makes it a reliable long-term foundation for your fire pit.
