Introducing Our Custom Match Lit Fire Pit Kits

The 18″ Penta Burner Match Light Kit burner pan comes with everything you need to make a match-lit fire pit!

Includes:

18″ Penta Burner or Torpedo Burner
Stainless Burner Pan made from 14 gauge 304-grade stainless steel with 1/2″ nipple & weep holes to drain water
1 whistle-free flex line to go from the valve to the burner pan
1 high capacity 1/2″ flex line to go from the gas source to the on/off valve
Manual On/Off valve with a chrome decorative flange and 4″ key
Add our flexible, form-able Installation Collar to support the burner pan.
Set up for natural gas but you can easily convert it to LP by adding a LP Air Mixing Orifice to the bottom of the burner pan/plate.

The burner can be customized in 1″ increments bigger than the burner. If you need a more precise fit please give us a call.

We cut and build these custom pans once a week so they will usually ship in 2-7 business days.

What type of ignition does this burner kit use?

This is a match-lit fire pit kit. The burner is ignited manually using a lighter or match while opening the key valve. Flame height is controlled by the valve, and the system shuts off by closing the gas supply.

What fire pit size works best with this burner kit?

This kit is designed for fire pit enclosures with interior dimensions between 19″ and 28″. Proper clearance around the burner helps ensure safe operation and an even flame display.

Can this kit be used with fire glass or lava rock?

Yes. The burner is compatible with both fire glass and lava rock. Media should be installed according to recommended depth and spacing so burner ports remain unobstructed.
