Yes. We are the only USA company that manufactures complete custom stone fire pits and ships them to your door.

Most items over 150 pounds within the USA apply to our free standard freight delivery service.

Our standard freight option includes free curbside delivery and liftgate service. Upon delivery, the driver will remove the item from the truck, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Special considerations and fees may apply to certain delivery exceptions (e.g. deliveries to hard-to-reach areas).

Yes, we can deliver outside the US. Please note that free shipping and flat rate shipping applies only to deliveries within the 48 Contiguous United States.

Additional shipping fees apply to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Our custom fire pits are made with a heavy 2″ steel tube frame that eliminates any flexing or movement, which allows us to finish the gas fire pit here and ship it completely assembled and ready to hook up with 1 connection to your gas supply.

Although the chances are slim for your custom fire pit to be damaged during shipment, let us know if it arrived damaged.

Please note any damage with the freight carrier before signing for the delivery. If the fire pit is badly damaged, refuse the delivery. We will discuss the option of replacing the fire pit, repairing the damage, or getting a full refund.

Our Custom Stone Gas Fire Pits are made custom to you with the options that you’ve selected.

In most cases, these products are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if a mistake was made on our end, we will take responsibility and provide a replacement at no charge or a full refund.

a. We start with a heavy-duty steel frame welded to your height specifications. The frame is made with 2″ square steel tubing and then powder-coated to protect it for a lifetime. During this process, we will also add venting on opposing sides of the gas fire pit for safety.
b. Once we get the custom frame, we will apply cement board and a metal lathe to the kit. The lathe is not a requirement, but we have found it helps adhere to the base stone and capstone, especially when we are going to ship these across the country because it eliminates any flexing.
c. We can cover the base and cap of the gas fire pit with your choice of stone. We can even customize the size and color of grout joints and contact a different stone manufacturer if you want to match the stonework you already have in your home.

Shipping Time Frame: 6 - 7 weeks

We skin the frame with cement board and a metal lathe before our masons mortar, the base stone, and capstone (of your choice). After the fire pit has dried for 36 hours, they then install the gas components and package your fire pit for shipping.

Special orders might take more time.

Choose from 4 different shapes and pick a height from 14″ to 24″.

Try an extra-large fire pit if you have a large garden or backyard. Consider a smaller fire pit if you're just looking to lighten up a corner of your patio.

Whatever size you choose, make sure it has no overhanging greenery or an awning and you have a solid, leveled, fire-resistant surface to install.

Our custom stone gas fire pits can be placed on any outdoor surface.

If it will be placed on wood or composite decking, the minimum finished height for the fire pit is 18".

All fire pits are custom-made with your choice of shape, size, base stone style and color, capstone color & ignition type.

We offer more stone choices than those shown here and can customize your fire pit with a different stone manufacturer if you want to match the stonework you already have.
