Shipping: We inventory many of our products in our warehouse in Littleton, Colorado, to provide quick and flexible shipping options for the entire country. In stock product at our warehouse will ship within 1 business day. Certain custom finished products and other items will ship directly from the manufacturer when necessary. These items may have extended processing times.

Standard Ground Shipping: For most items under 150 pounds, the standard shipping option will be parcel (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc). Having this flexibility allows us to provide the quickest turn around to process and ship your order. If your order arrives damaged, please see our return policy to determine your next steps.

Standard Freight Shipping: For most items over 150 pounds, our free standard delivery service will be freight. When your order is ready to be delivered, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery time. For this reason, it is critical to provide your most relevant phone number at the time of check out. Our standard freight option includes free curbside delivery and liftgate service. Upon delivery, the driver will remove the item from the truck, but it is your responsibility to bring the item onto your property.

You will be required to sign for a freight delivery. Please inspect the item before accepting delivery. Any damage present upon arrival must be annotated when accepting the delivery.Heart & Home, Inc. is not liable for damages not annotated on the delivery receipt at time of delivery.

Shipping Options: Free Shipping on All Orders over $79.00:

All products available on our website qualify for free standard shipping if the order total exceeds $79.00. Standard shipping applies to standard locations within the contiguous 48 states. Hearth & Home, Inc. reserves the right to choose delivery type, carrier, and service level of each shipment when standard shipping is selected. For freight shipments, standard shipping includes curbside delivery and lift-gate services. Special considerations and fees may apply to certain delivery exceptions (e.g. deliveries to hard to reach areas).

Expedited Shipping Options: Most items shipped via standard parcel service may be expedited for an additional cost to decrease shipping time or guarantee delivery by a certain date. This does not include processing time, which may or may not be altered subject to manufacturer resources and discretion. Items shipped via freight are shipped at the fastest available speed (Priority Freight) and are, therefore, unable to be expedited further.

International Shipping: Orders shipping internationally are not eligible for free standard shipping. We regularly ship to Canada, and we are happy to accommodate these orders. However, you are responsible for contacting our sales representatives in order to determine shipping costs. Additional international shipping opportunities may be available, but please call for availability. International orders are not eligible for our standard return policy and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


We accept full returns on new, unused, and resalable items as long as the items are in their original packaging.

You will receive a full refund, minus any shipping costs. This includes the original shipping charges to you and the shipping charges back to  Even if you received FREE or DISCOUNTED shipping, shipping did have some cost, and that cost is non-refundable. If your return is because of an error on our part, we will gladly pay all shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may be applied on the returned item/s, however, the 20% restocking fee may be waived for exchanges of equal or greater value. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns and exchanges must be assigned a RMA number/s. Please call or e-mail us for the RMA #.

Custom and Special Order Items: Many of the products for sale on are special order and made just for you with the options that you selected. Custom Made and Special Order products are not eligible for return or exchange in most cases. If we made it wrong or ordered it wrong, we will take responsibility and provide a replacement or refund at no charge to you.
